This is Andrés with your Friday surf report: Another fun morning here in Playa Guiones! Today we started the day with glassy ocean and light offshore wind. Some peaky waves in the Head to couple feet overhead range with long lines.
Enjoy the photos we selected from this morning's surf session and check out www.surfingnosara.com for additional photos, further information about activities and upcoming events here in Playa Guiones.
See Brayan or I at our office if you would like to view your personal photos, purchase them and/or book a private photo session.
We are located on the main road in Guiones right down from Café de Paris.
The vacation rental of the day is Casa Almendra. Situated just 2 minutes walk from the beach, it is laid out to create a central courtyard which has the feeling of a tranquil and private oasis with water cascading over the edge of an open infinity pool. Sleeps ten people in total: there are three main bedrooms, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and two smaller twin bedrooms, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All the bedrooms have beautifulteak flooring and furniture which was handmade locally. If you’re coming in from surfing, there is a board room where you can store yoursurfboards, and outdoor showers to rinse off.
The real estate deal today is Casa Oblivion. The original home has 2 small bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a separate entrance ocean view master suite with vaulted teak ceilings and nice breezes. It's a five minute walk to the beach. The second home is at the top of the hill and features beautiful ocean views and breezes. It too features 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The entire property is powered by solar panels, the average utility bill is under $10 per month. There is also a back up system An irrigation system takes care of for the mature and beautiful landscaping incorporating majestic trees and native plants.
El Chivo in Playa Pelada, great food, drinks, and service. If you are in the Nosara area we recommend checking it out for sure.
