Good morning Guiones,

This is Andrés with your Friday surf report: Another fun morning here in Playa Guiones. Today conditions were ok, some sets in the line up but the ocean was little choppy. Some guys were out training hard for tomorrow's contest and the surf was look great. Hopefully the conditions change when tide get to high.

Enjoy the photos we selected from this morning's surf session. See Brian or I to view your personal photos, purchase them and/or book a private photo session. We are located on the main road in Guiones right down from Café de Paris.

Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram @surfingnosara to continue to enjoy the Nosara lifestyle.

The vacation rental of the day is Colorado. It is a new modern tropical two bedroom, one and a half bath home in the heart of Playa Guiones. Sleeps 4 comfortably, with room for 6. Pool, Cable TV and internet, monitored security system, A/C in bedrooms, fans and indoors and out, washer and dryer, lush gardening and private bocce court on a quiet cul de sac. Colorado was planned to bring the comfort, privacy, simplicity and joy of a typical mountain cabin to the beach. Taking advantage of solar orientation, natural light, and breezy ventilation in a quiet neighborhood here you will find a cool small home experience in Playa Guiones, Nosara. Living as an easy going retreat for our family, friends and guests - all the ingredients you need on vacation. Short walk to surf, yoga and town. Swing on the hammock. Play some bocce. Lounge by the pool. Enjoy.

The real estate deal today is this upstairs unit, it  gives a sensation of more space with the super tall ceilings. Well away from the road and very close to the path leading directly to the spectacular Playa Pelada only a minute walk away. Worldclass surfing at Playa Guiones only 10 minutes walk away. Las Palmas is located as close as possible to the beach as is legal in Costa Rica. Pelada is part of the Ostional Refuge, protected and preserved as an Olive Ridley turtle nesting beach. The condo is open plan with high ceilings, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms each with walk in showers, beautiful new tinted and screened windows look out onto tropical gardens and there's a huge front porch.

If you are in the Nosara area you should make it a must and go to Burgers and Beers and try their gourmet burgers and draft beer. You will not be disappointed. Check back with us again tomorrow for the surf report photos, and keep an eye on the swell trends leading up to next week.
