Good morning folks... Surf is looking pretty fun at the report time of 8:00AM on this Monday morning. Brandon is down on the beach getting some good shots, but we are waiting for this pesky cloud to move to allow some more light to come in... Tide is also a bit high right now, but all things are pointing to a super fun session.
On a real estate note, we are about to release a couple new listings in the L section of Nosara priced under 30k!!! We keep getting the best deals, as we keep moving them...
