Surfing Nosara

“For a while, my wife and I have been looking into buying property in Costa Rica.  In order to find the right place, we did internet searches, questioned realtors and talked to several friends and current property owners.  What proved to be the best decision we made happened on our recent trip to Playa Guiones, Nosara, when we made arrangements to meet up with Erik.  Erik spent quality time one afternoon with us, easing our concerns and providing us with information and answers to every question we had, which were many.  He toured us around all the different sections of Playa Guinoes and we talked about everything from investments and living in Nosara to family life and hobbies.  What we seemed to have found appears to be a little piece of heaven.  In the end, upon our return to Massachusetts, it was the authentic service and kindness Erik delivered time and time again that brought us to a level of comfort in making our dream into a reality.”
